If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, you will need to send an email to sales@kgssuperstore.com mentioning your Order ID.
If you cancel your order before your ordered items have been shipped, we will refund the entire amount without deducting any processing charges.
If you cancel your order after your ordered items have been shipped, we will refund the amount after deducting the processing fees.
You cannot cancel your order after your ordered items have been delivered. In that case you will need to raise a return request by sending an email to sales@kgssuperstore.com mentioning your Order ID.
Return request of your order shall be valid and accepted only if it is made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please return your purchase in its original packaging and unused, else the return request will be rejected.
Refunds will be made in the same form of the received payment within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
